OVERVIEW:
1. Introduction
- Auto Brokering IS an amazing model. Think about this. You don’t buy a car UNTIL you have a customer. EVERY car is PRESOLD. Think about it, no advertising in the auto trader & no test drives. It is a great Monday – Friday career! Once a client buys a car with this model, they will NEVER want to step a foot again in a dealership. I have guys I trained years ago still auto brokering successfully. They are doing about 15 deals a month! That be a great living at $850 per car. That’s $150K a year with never advertising one car for sale or doing one test drive. Think about that. Your clients are generally small business owners who are busy with great credit. They NEED your service!
2. Take Profitable Orders
- This is very key. They last thing you want to do it be looking for a needle in the haystack. I want cars that are readily available at the auction. I go into details about taking profitable orders. Heed my advice here guys!
3. “Call me if you find something”
- Another piece of advice. I NEVER EVER “look for a car”. I BUY cars. If a guy says, “call if me if you run across a blah blah blah”, I immediately say “I don’t do that. When you are ready to buy, we can sit down and discuss my buying service in detail.”. I don’t do a thing til I get my auto broker fee deposited into my account.
